By making a booking, you agree to the rules set out below.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Cancellation by You (the Customer)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>All bookings are non-refundable in cash.<\/strong> Customer-initiated cancellations do not entitle you to a monetary refund, regardless of how much notice is given.<\/p>\n<p>If you can no longer attend your scheduled session, you may request to <strong>reschedule<\/strong> instead (see Section 2).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Rescheduling by You<\/h2>\n<p>If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may submit a reschedule request through your customer account (booking panel) on our website.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each reschedule request is reviewed by us and approved or declined at our discretion, depending on availability and the circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend requesting as early as possible, as last-minute requests are harder to accommodate.<\/li>\n<li>Rescheduling does not entitle you to a cash refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you need help with a reschedule, you can also email whitenighttarot@gmail.com with your booking name and the original session date.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us<\/h2>\n<p>If we need to cancel or reschedule your session (for example, due to illness, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances), we will offer you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A full refund, <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The option to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time at no additional cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will notify you as soon as practicable.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Completed Sessions<\/h2>\n<p>Once a session has taken place, it is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>. This is because:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The service has been delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Tarot readings are interpretive in nature, and customer satisfaction with the *content* of a reading is subjective and cannot reasonably form the basis of a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge and accept this.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Technical Issues During a Session<\/h2>\n<p>If a session is disrupted by a technical problem on <strong>our<\/strong> side (e.g., we cannot connect, our equipment fails) that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time during the session:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will offer to complete the remaining time on a rescheduled date at no extra cost, <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Refund a proportionate amount based on the time lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the disruption is caused by <strong>your<\/strong> side (e.g., your internet, your device), the session is treated as delivered for the time we were available, and no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<h2>6. No-Show<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not attend the scheduled session and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued. We will hold the slot for <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> from the scheduled start time before treating it as a no-show.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Refund Method<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through the original payment method (PayPal).<\/li>\n<li>Within <strong>10 business days<\/strong> of approval.<\/li>\n<li>The refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks<\/h2>\n<p>If you believe a charge is incorrect, <strong>please contact us first<\/strong> at whitenighttarot@gmail.com. We will respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve the issue directly.<\/p>\n<p>Filing a chargeback through your bank or PayPal *without first contacting us* is treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forfeiture of any pending refund.<\/li>\n<li>A permanent block from booking future sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9. Service Quality Concerns<\/h2>\n<p>If you have concerns about the *conduct* of a session (e.g., the reader was inappropriate, the technical setup was poor on our end), please email whitenighttarot@gmail.com within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of the session. We will review the case in good faith and may offer a partial refund, credit, or rescheduled session at our discretion.<\/p>\n<p>Concerns about the *content or interpretation* of a tarot reading are not grounds for a refund (see section 4).<\/p>\n<h2>10. Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n<p>Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the <strong>Consumer Guarantees Act 1993<\/strong> or the <strong>Fair Trading Act 1986<\/strong> (New Zealand) where they apply. If our services do not meet a relevant statutory guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under those Acts.<\/p>\n<h2>11. \u9884\u7ea6\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e00\u5bf9\u4e00\u5854\u7f57\u89e3\u8bfb\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5b8c\u6210\u9884\u7ea6\u5373\u8868\u793a\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u89c4\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u5ba2\u6237\u53d6\u6d88<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u6240\u6709\u9884\u7ea6\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u73b0\u91d1\u9000\u6b3e<\/strong>\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u4e3b\u52a8\u53d6\u6d88\u7684\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u63d0\u524d\u591a\u4e45\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u60a8\u56e0\u6545\u65e0\u6cd5\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u53ef\u6539\u4e3a\u7533\u8bf7<strong>\u6539\u671f<\/strong>\uff08\u8be6\u89c1\u7b2c \u5ba2\u6237\u6539\u671f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u60a8\u65e0\u6cd5\u6309\u65f6\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u672c\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684<strong>\u5ba2\u6237\u8d26\u6237\uff08\u9884\u7ea6\u9762\u677f\uff09<\/strong>\u63d0\u4ea4\u6539\u671f\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6539\u671f\u7533\u8bf7\u7531\u6211\u65b9\u5ba1\u6838\uff0c\u4f9d\u636e\u6863\u671f\u4e0e\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5<strong>\u914c\u60c5\u6279\u51c6\u6216\u9a73\u56de<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5efa\u8bae\u5c3d\u65e9\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u4e34\u8fd1\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u8bf7\u6c42\u8f83\u96be\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6539\u671f\u4e0d\u6784\u6210\u73b0\u91d1\u9000\u6b3e\u7684\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u6539\u671f\u9047\u5230\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u53d1\u90ae\u4ef6\u81f3 whitenighttarot@gmail.com\uff0c\u6ce8\u660e\u9884\u7ea6\u59d3\u540d\u548c\u539f\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>3. \u6211\u65b9\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u6539\u671f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u56e0\u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u529b\uff08\u5982\u751f\u75c5\u3001\u6280\u672f\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u7a81\u53d1\u60c5\u51b5\uff09\u6211\u4eec\u987b\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u6539\u671f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9009\u9879\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5168\u989d\u9000\u6b3e<\/strong>\uff0c\u6216<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u514d\u8d39\u6539\u671f<\/strong>\u81f3\u53cc\u65b9\u90fd\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5c3d\u5feb\u901a\u77e5\u60a8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u89e3\u8bfb\u4e2d\u7684\u6280\u672f\u95ee\u9898<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u89e3\u8bfb\u56e0<strong>\u6211\u65b9<\/strong>\u6280\u672f\u95ee\u9898\u4e2d\u65ad\uff08\u5982\u6211\u65b9\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a5\u901a\u3001\u6211\u65b9\u8bbe\u5907\u6545\u969c\uff09\u4e14\u77ed\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u65e0\u6cd5\u89e3\u51b3\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63d0\u4f9b\u53e6\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4<strong>\u514d\u8d39\u8865\u5b8c\u5269\u4f59\u65f6\u957f<\/strong>\uff0c\u6216<\/li>\n<li>\u6309\u635f\u5931\u65f6\u95f4<strong>\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9000\u6b3e<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5982\u4e2d\u65ad\u539f\u56e0\u6765\u81ea<strong>\u5ba2\u6237\u65b9<\/strong>\uff08\u5982\u60a8\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u3001\u60a8\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\uff09\uff0c\u6309\u6211\u65b9\u53ef\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u65f6\u957f\u89c6\u4e3a\u5df2\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>6. \u7f3a\u5e2d<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u60a8\u672a\u6309\u65f6\u53c2\u4e0e\u89e3\u8bfb\uff0c\u4e14\u672a\u5728 24 \u5c0f\u65f6\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u6b3e\u3002\u4ece\u7ea6\u5b9a\u5f00\u59cb\u65f6\u95f4\u8d77\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e3a\u60a8<strong>\u4fdd\u7559 15 \u5206\u949f<\/strong>\uff0c\u8d85\u65f6\u6309\u7f3a\u5e2d\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>7. \u9000\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f<\/h2>\n<p>\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u9000\u6b3e\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u5904\u7406\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9000\u56de\u60a8<strong>\u539f\u652f\u4ed8\u6e20\u9053<\/strong>\uff08PayPal\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u6279\u51c6\u540e <strong>10 \u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185<\/strong>\u5b8c\u6210\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5b9e\u9645\u5230\u8d26\u65f6\u95f4\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u60a8\u7684\u94f6\u884c\u6216\u5361\u53d1\u884c\u65b9\u800c\u5f02\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. \u4e89\u8bae\u4ea4\u6613\u4e0e Chargeback<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u60a8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u67d0\u7b14\u6263\u6b3e\u6709\u8bef\uff0c<strong>\u8bf7\u5148\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec<\/strong>\uff1awhitenighttarot@gmail.com\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5728 3 \u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u56de\u590d\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u76f4\u63a5\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u672a\u4e8b\u5148\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec<\/strong>\u5c31\u5411\u94f6\u884c\u6216 PayPal \u53d1\u8d77 chargeback\uff0c\u89c6\u4e3a\u8fdd\u53cd\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u53d6\u6d88\u4efb\u4f55\u5f85\u5904\u7406\u7684\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6c38\u4e45\u7981\u6b62\u60a8\u9884\u7ea6\u672a\u6765\u7684\u89e3\u8bfb\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9.
