- Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider (PayPal). We do not see or store your credit card number, PayPal password, or bank account number. We do receive confirmation of payment and the customer name and email associated with the payment.
- Communications: any messages you send us by email, social media, or website forms.
Information collected automatically:
- Website usage data: pages viewed, browser type, IP address, device type, referring website, time spent on pages. Collected via cookies and basic analytics tools.
- Booking system data: anonymised session-related data collected by our booking plugin.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Schedule, conduct, and follow up on your Reading.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Send service-related communications (e.g., booking confirmations, reminders, changes to your booking).
