Welcome to White Night Tarot (whitenighttarot.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the tarot reading services we offer. By booking a session or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
White Night Tarot is operated by Yvonne Zhang (trading as White Night Tarot), based in New Zealand. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to White Night Tarot. References to "you" or "your" refer to the customer.

2. Services Offered
We offer live one-on-one video tarot reading sessions ("Readings"). Bookings are made through our website. Sessions are conducted via video call at a scheduled time agreed between us and you.
Additional content (such as YouTube videos, courses on third-party platforms, or articles on our website) is offered separately and may have its own terms.
3. Nature of the Service — Important
Tarot readings are provided strictly for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-exploration purposes. They are not, and should not be treated as:
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Mental health treatment or counselling
- Financial, investment, or business advice
- Legal advice
- Predictions of factual future events
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in your own life. We do not accept responsibility for actions you take or outcomes you experience based on the content of a Reading. If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, financial, or legal issue, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a Reading. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Bookings and Payment
- Reading sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website.
- Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Your card and account details are handled directly by these providers and are not stored by us.
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If and when we become GST-registered in New Zealand, GST may be added for applicable customers.
- Your booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and you receive a confirmation email.
6. Session Conduct
To allow each Reading to take place safely and respectfully:
- Please attend at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection.
- You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture the session without our prior written consent.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session at our discretion in cases of inappropriate conduct.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our separate Refund Policy (please refer to that page).
8. Intellectual Property
Original content on whitenighttarot.com — including the brand name "White Night Tarot" / 白夜塔罗, video content we produce, course materials, and written content created by us — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any images or other materials displayed on this website that we do not own remain the property of their respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content we own for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Reading giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer protection law.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (please refer to that page) and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, course platforms, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

- 财务、投资或商业建议
- 法律建议
- 对未来事实的预测
您应对自己生活中所做的任何决定自行负责。我们不对您基于解读内容所采取的行动或所产生的任何结果承担责任。如您正在面临医疗、心理、财务或法律问题，请咨询具相关资质的专业人士。
4. 服务对象资格
您必须年满 18 周岁才可预约解读。预约即表示您声明已年满 18 岁。未满 18 岁者，需在父母或法定监护人的同意及陪同下方可使用本服务。
5. 预约与支付
- 解读须通过网站事先预约并完成付款。
- 支付由第三方支付服务商处理。我们不会储存您的卡号或账户信息，相关数据由支付服务商按其政策保管。
- 所有价格均以美元（USD）计价，另有说明者除外。如我们在新西兰注册了 GST（商品及服务税），届时将依法对适用客户加收。
- 预约在我们收到付款且您收到确认邮件后方为生效。
6. 解读期间的行为规范
为确保每次解读顺利进行：
- 请按约定时间准时上线，确保网络稳定。
- 未经我们事先书面同意，不得对解读过程进行录音、录像、截屏或以其他方式记录。
- 任何辱骂、威胁或骚扰行为，我们将立即终止当次解读，且不予退款。
- 我们保留在客户行为不当时，拒绝服务或终止解读的权利。
7. 取消、改期与退款

8. 知识产权
whitenighttarot.com 网站上的原创内容——包括「白夜塔罗 / White Night Tarot」品牌名称、我们制作的视频内容、课程材料及我们撰写的文字内容——均为我们或我们的授权方所有，并受版权及商标法保护。网站上展示的其他不属于我们所有的图片或素材，其所有权归各自原始权利人所有。
未经我们事先书面许可，不得为商业目的复制、传播或使用我们所有的上述内容。
9. 责任限制
在新西兰法律允许的最大范围内：
- 本服务在 New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 及 Fair Trading Act 1986 所要求的保障之外，按「现状」提供，不附加任何额外担保。
- 我们对客户的累计责任，以客户为该次解读所支付的金额为上限。
